attending the meeting to guarantee a time slot
to meet with a CV reviewer. Slots are available
on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved
slots will only be held for 3 minutes after the
slot time starts. There may be opportunities
for walk-up appointments if there are any open
slots or no-shows, but such opportunities are
not guaranteed. They are also available on a
first-come, first-served basis. There will be a
designated waiting area by booth #319, and
you must be present when the opening is
available in order to fill in.
