Screening and Assessment for
Personality Disorders

Personality disorders are prevalent and often
difficult to recognize mental health conditions.
Today we will be discussing screening and
assessment tools. The presentation will cover
various tools and techniques for screening
and assessing personality disorders, including
self-report measures, clinician-administered
interviews, and objective measures. The
importance of early detection and diagnosis
of personality disorders in order to improve
treatment outcomes and long-term prognosis will
be highlighted.
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the
diagnostic criteria for personality disorders, as well
as the different tools and strategies available for
accurate and efficient diagnosis. By the end of the
session, participants will be equipped with
valuable knowledge and skills that can be applied
in their clinical practice to improve the quality of
care for individuals with personality disorders.
