Spotlight on New Member

Michael Nuccio joined the Public Defender's Office earlier this year.

A graduate of Temple University and the Villanova University School of Law,

Michael enjoys playing the guitar, reading non-fiction, traveling and following

the Philadelphia sports teams. After college and before law school, he worked as
a financial aid counselor for a Philadelphia-area university. During law school,
he clerked for a Federal Magistrate Judge, interned at a court reform non-

profit and served as certified legal intern for one year with the Chester County
District Attorney's Office. Michael is married to his "beautiful wife Tori."

Be Kind To Lawyers Day

On the second Tuesday of April, we are to be especially kind to lawyers. While it
may not yet be a "greeting card holiday," it is a day set aside to celebrate how
essential lawyers are to the workings of society and the justice system.
The BCBA marked it with a special continental breakfast.
