CVIM relies on the support and generosity of the entire
community in order to fulfill its mission. Charity Care partners
such as Chester County Hospital Penn Medicine and Paoli
Hospital Main Line Health make it possible to expand our care
to include blood work, X-Rays, MRIs, and even surgery or cancer
treatment if needed. CVIM also works with other local
agencies, companies, and nonprofits such as:
* Zoom - a county initiative to connect
volunteer drivers with patients who lack access
to the transportation needed to reach their
medical appointments
* Chester County Food Bank - this local
nonprofit donates locally grown produce so
that CVIM patients can participate in healthy
cooking classes
* Cradles to Crayons - provides children with clothes,
backpacks, winter coats, and other necessities when families are
in need
* Corporate drives and donations from companies, such as
Citadel, that provide backpacks, school supplies, and holiday
presents to children

The services provided at CVIM are made possible largely
due to the generous work of its nearly 500 volunteers, but also
by the support of its donors. Funded 100% by philanthropy,
CVIM does not accept payments by insurance or government
assistance. CVIM relies on the support of grants, individual
donors, corporate giving, in-kind gifts, and of the
entire community. It is through the contributions
of volunteers and donors that CVIM is able to
continue its mission of providing compassionate
medical and dental care and health education to
people who live or work in the Chester County
region who lack access to insurance, in order to
support their goals to lead productive, healthy,
and hopeful lives.
