has developed this series in conjunction with
the law offices of Karen E. Davidson, LLC
along with Derik Semetti and Rory Sullivan,
financial planners with Mass Mutual of Greater
Philadelphia.

Workshop #1 " Physician
Employment Contracts: Pillars,
Pitfalls and Tips "
This program is presently available for
viewing on the www.chestercms.org website (see
archived programs) and will also add repeated
as a live workshop in September. Participants
will learn the key terms on which physician
employment contracts are based, as well as the
pitfalls that may exist if you are not prepared.
Develop the skills that are necessary to analyze
an employment contract and utilize some
negotiation tips on key contract terms.
Veteran healthcare attorney Karen E.
Davidson, Esq., is the lead presenter in this
outstanding program. The workshop is
moderated by financial planner Rory Sullivan
from Mass Mutual of Greater Philadelphia.
Workshop #2 " Dealing With Student
Loans, Cashflow and Budgeting "
This workshop is designed to help young
physicians consider many options on how to
best deal with debt from medical school loans
and to begin planning a successful personal

and Planning for Retirement "
This session offers discussion on several key
questions facing young professionals who have
just completed their training and are beginning
their careers. It will help prepare for purchasing
a home, selecting the best opportunities to begin
saving for a family and their eventual retirement.

Workshop #4 " Creating Your Board
of Advisors: Accountants, Attorneys,
Bankers; Financial Advisors; Insurance
Agents and More "
This session is coordinated to help avoid
making mistakes in selecting the proper
professionals. All too often busy young
physicians have been disappointed because they
selected advisors that did not meet their needs
or pushed them into purchasing products and
services that were not ideal for their situation.
This program will also be held in autumn;
