In the latter part of February 2020, as your Editor of the Delco
re:View, I had the distinct pleasure of interviewing The Honorable
Charles B. Burr, II, and The Honorable Frank T. Hazel for the
purpose of this article. While my time spent with the two was
indeed " colorful, whimsical, and undoubtedly sentimental, " I
struggled with the question ... how does one write of two men
who have consistently met life challenges with an uncompromising
commitment to excellence and keep within a word count?

Honorable Charles B. Burr, II, was elected to his first ten-year
term on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in November
1999, and was re-elected in 2009. Judge Burr is a graduate of Yale
University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
