The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance
(GRCA) is pleased to announce it was
recognized by the Pennsylvania Economic
Development Association (PEDA) as
the winner of the Economic Marketing
Innovation of the Year Award for its
Rebuild Berks campaign. The award was
formally announced during the 2021
PEDA Fall Conference. GRCA's Director of
Communications & Marketing
Leah Fassnacht and Digital Marketing
Coordinator Audrey Krupiak managed the
year-long campaign in partnership with the
County of Berks and under the guidance of
Strunk Media Group, Kutztown.
RKL Wealth Management
LLC welcomed Julie Englert,
CTP, as Director of Operations
and Compliance. Englert will
direct the firm's operations,
with a focus on efficiencies and
technology enhancements
to improve workflow and
productivity. She will also oversee
RKL Wealth Management's
compliance program and manage its third-party vendor
relationships.
Mid Penn Bank has announced
the appointment of Donald F.
Holt as Interim Chief Financial
Officer of MPB and the Bank. In his
interim role as CFO, Mr. Holt will
report to Rory Ritrievi, President
and CEO, and will lead the
accounting, finance and treasury
functions. He will also oversee the
investment committee, manage
the ALCO and interest rate risk management processes
and will be responsible for the regulatory reporting
process with banking and securities agencies.
Spotts, Stevens and McCoy
(SSM) welcomes Scott T. Miller,
RLA to the Civil Engineering
Division as Manager, Land
Development Services. In
this role he is responsible for
managing all phases of land
planning process including,
landscape architecture and
site design from conceptual
design and master planning through production
of construction documents and presentations
to governmental review agencies for industrial,
commercial, institutional and public sector clients.
LeAnne Coulter, vice president of freight
management for Penske Logistics, has been named
among the winners of Supply & Demand Chain
Executive's 2021 Women in Supply Chain Award.
The award honors female supply chain leaders and
executives who set a strong foundation for women at
all levels of a company's supply chain network.
Safe Berks announced the promotion of two staff
members to new senior leadership positions. Jennifer
Sawyer has been chosen to serve as the managing
director of client services, and Stacey Jordan has
been chosen to serve as the new managing director of
community engagement.
The Ben Franklin Technology
Partners of Northeastern
Pennsylvania (BFTP/NEP) has
announced the promotion
of Kathy Ann B. Minnich to
Executive Vice President and
Chief Administrative Officer, in
addition to her role as Chief
Financial Officer. Her role
includes primary responsibility
for planning, implementing and managing all of BFTP/
NEP's finance activities including business planning,
budgeting, and compliance, and serving as the
Treasurer/Secretary of Ben Franklin's Board of Directors.
She also leads operations, facilities management and
human resources functions.
