The resolution called on PAMED to advocate
for physicians to be permitted to prescribe
Schedule II through Schedule V controlled

prescriptions and given that Act 96 contains
numerous exceptions under which the concerns
raised could be ameliorated and that DOH is
currently developing regulations - the reference
committee felt that additional actions were
unwarranted and had this not for adoption.
The HOD also directed PAMED to:

term as the society's first district trustee. As the
first district trustee, she'll represent physicians
