p h i l a m e d s o c .o rg IN THE NEWS Goddard School rents PCMS space T he Goddard School LLC recently signed a 15-year lease agreement to rent space at Philadelphia County Medical Society headquarters. Goddard will occupy the first and second floors and space outside the building for a playground. The lease began in February and the school will serve up to 150 students. PCMS has leased space to other organizations in the past, such as Jefferson Medical Care, on the third floor. This move had been prompted both by the desire for non-dues income and the availability of space that the society was no longer using, such as the Pfahler Auditorium. PCMS will retain space on the third floor, for administrative offices, as well as the underground garage. The Goddard School plans to rent space inside Philadelphia County Medical Society's headquarters at 2100 Spring Garden St., Philadelphia. The Goddard School is a preschool program for children from six weeks to six years old with more than 500 schools across the United States, headquartered in King of Prussia.
