school students with exceptional professionals in the
field of medicine for a year-long program of in-depth
learning and exploration beyond the school walls.

issues as: navigating your anxieties and fears, managing grief and
loss, dealing with moral injury, experiencing vulnerability, feelings
around re-opening, looking ahead to the new normal: self-care,
and coping strategies to support emotional well-being.

The sessions are aimed at helping frontline workers cope during
these difficult times. Burnout is common in medical professionals
and the risk is even higher with frontline health care workers. If
