their children. Prevention In Pajamas is a series of 10-minute videos designed

COVID-19 has many people feeling stressed, alone, or worried about
their health. Not smoking (or using any tobacco products) is one of the
best ways to protect and improve your health. If you concerned about a
connection between COVID-19 and smoking, it is important to note
that scientists have found that being a current smoker increases your
risk for severe illness from COVID-19. During these challenging times,
COCA has insured that individuals who desire to quit have easy access to
cessation services. A COCA prevention specialist offers live, virtual classes
to safely provide the support and resources to help you quit. All classes
meet via Zoom once a week for eight weeks and offer participants free

Community Care, a nonprofit recovery-focused behavioral health managed
