A community support group for families of people with
substance use disorders. They are engaged in community
outreach, education, and discussion.

Transitional housing is a safe and supportive environment where
residents in the early stages of recovery live together as a
community. Individuals receive assistance in linking with necessary
community services and serve as a bridge for individuals to longterm recovery.

eligibility criteria:
* Homeless or sleeping in an environment
not suitable for occupancy.
* Drug and alcohol free for at least
5 consecutive days.
* Interested in achieving financial
self-sufficiency.

* Motivated to remain clean and sober.
* Committed to setting goals and working
to achieve them.
* Able to participate in outpatient
counseling.
