Designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase the
activity levels of adults who are concerned about	falling.
Participants will learn to: view falls as controllable, set
goals for increasing activity, make home modifications
and exercise to increase strength and balance. Berks
Encore will provide additional training materials.

how to make decadent and delectable desserts

instruction on this popular sport which improves physical

who will guide us on a slow-paced, sensory-focused
walk, designed to calm our hearts and improve mental

and take in natural beauty that surrounds us.
