Park Pavilion Rental Policy

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all reservations must be made VIA TELEPHONE and SECURITY DEPOSITS
must be paid for with a CREDIT CARD. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Reservations for the 2021 Season will be accepted beginning at 8:00 a.m. on January 15 , 2021. Callers must leave a

message including name and phone number and calls will be returned in the order they are received.
Reservations are accepted on a " first come-first served " basis. A refundable Security Deposit is required for all

rentals and it must be paid at the time the reservation is made. The balance of the rental fees is due within thirty (30) days.

person who signs the permit; 3) will be required to show proof of identification and address; 4) is the person to
to whom the deposit will be refunded. Company and Group rentals must provide proof of business address to
