A Return to Normal?
In mid-September, thousands will attend
FABTECH in Chicago, historically one
of the signature, must-attend events
for those in the finishing and coatings
industry. It's a long-awaited opportunity
as FABTECH promises to bring two years'
worth of groundbreaking innovations to
the fabrication community.
Powder Coating Week already took
place in Orlando in July, these two events
seeming to mark a return to industry
events for some people, anyway. For now,
border and other restrictions have meant
we are unable to travel, but we are still
hosting booths, sending publications and
maintaining a presence at these important
shows.
" We're thrilled to be able to provide
our attendees and exhibitors with a way
to reconnect, " says John Catalano, SME
Senior Director, FABTECH. " This is a
pivotal moment for our industry and
it's important that we come together to
explore the products that are transforming
the way we work, as well as the topics that
are top of mind for us all. "
FABTECH expects more than 1,100
exhibitors, including 93 new ones,
demonstrating their newest and best.
More than 400 new products and
technologies will be on the show floor.
We too, are continuing to highlight
all of the latest and greatest. This issue
features stories on Architectural Coatings,
Galvanizing, Sound Dampeners and Fire
Retardants which have not been recently
