Belhaven University. In August 2023, they were
selected as new leaders for the New Greater Life
Baptist Church in Memphis, Tenn. They celebrated
one year at the church on Nov. 17, 2024. Cathy and
Fredrick also celebrated 34 years of marriage on
Oct. 28, 2024.
Jade (Landis '14) Ranger
and her husband, Samson,
welcomed their daughter,
Joanna, in January 2024. They
celebrated five years of marriage
in November 2024 and live and
serve in South Asia.
Nathan Brooker ('15) has been a steelworker in
Steelton, Pa., since 2021. In 2020, he married Laura
Borley from Long Island, N.Y. They now live in
Middletown, Pa., with their two cats. When he's not
being a steelworker, he's at the gym working out.
Justine (Keener '15) Kachel
married her best friend in
November 2023. Justine started
a new job teaching third grade
at Lancaster County Christian
School. Her husband, Tim, works
year-round at Camp Conquest,
where they met. Together they
serve in the summers and many weekends to help
campers and volunteers grow in their relationship
with Jesus.
Amber (Moore '18) Landis
works part time at Lancaster
County Christian School as a
fourth-grade teacher. Amber,
her husband, Kam, and their two
young children, Kylee, 2, and
Kenzie, who was welcomed to
the family in July 2024, moved
to their home in Akron in March 2024.
Allison (Shuey '19) Carhart
and her husband, Robby,
welcomed their son, Walker,
in September 2024.
Honoring
Alumni
During Homecoming & Family
Weekend, Lancaster Bible College
recognizes outstanding alumni
who have made an impact since
graduation. The Alumnus of
the Year has been the longeststanding
award presented annually.
Additionally, LBC bestows the
Young Alumni Achievement Award
and the Lifetime Achievement
Award. With the college's evergrowing
alumni population around
the world, the alumni awards
committee welcomes nominations
of graduates for these awards.
All graduates from all locations,
including Washington Bible College
and Capital Bible Seminary, are
eligible for 2025-26 academic
year awards. Nominators may use
the QR code below to suggest a
deserving alumnus.
Likewise, the LBC Athletics
Department is also accepting
nominations for the Athletics Hall

Nehemiah Cole ('22 & '24) loves missions by
serving people as a servant leader. He is a first-year
PhD in Leadership student at LBC and loves visiting
new places to add value to others.
