Lancaster Bible College has again been named the No. 1 " Best Online Bible College in
America " for 2025 by Intelligent.com, which has ranked LBC in the top spot for several years.
Researchers compared over 700 programs from 2,900 universities and colleges across the
United States. According to Intelligent.com, " Lancaster Bible College offers flexible distance
learning that appeals to busy adults ... Experts at Intelligent.com assessed programs that help students
enhance and develop advanced skills for a variety of in-demand positions. "
Intelligent.com's research identifies national programs based on flexibility, faculty, course strength, cost and
reputation. The ranking organization implements a unique methodology that ranks each program on a
scale from 0 to 100 across five categories. The scoring system compares institutions according to program
strength, student readiness, return on investment, cost and student engagement.
Julia Colbert ('22 & '25) is a wife, mother
and church planter. When the COVID-19
pandemic forced classes online, it turned
out to be the best fit for Julia, enabling
her to balance her studies with her other
responsibilities. She graduated from
LBC with her Bachelor of Arts in Biblical
Studies in 2022 and is currently pursuing
her Master of Arts in Ministry online
with a specialization in Formational
