Caitlin (Rizzo '18) Corridon
married her best friend in June
2022. She is teaching kindergarten at
Lancaster County Christian School.
Rachel Kumher ('18) is currently
serving with OMF International as
a missions mobilizer. She will be
moving to Atlanta, Ga., to participate
in a five-month missionary training
program that prepares people for the
mission field while reaching out to
the refugee communities living in
the area.
Amber (Moore '18) Landis loves
her job teaching fourth grade at
Hinkletown Mennonite School and
is living in Lititz, Pa. She and her
husband, Kam, will celebrate their
second wedding anniversary on Nov.
21. They welcomed their first baby,
Kylee Maye, on June 6, 2022. Amber
recently obtained her master's degree
in Learners and Technology through
Western Governor's University.
Emily L. (Moore '19) Garber
married Kendall Garber in July and
is living in Lancaster city.
Jaimee H. (McGuinness '19) King
married Christopher King ('19)
on Dec. 12, 2020. They are happily
married with their three fluff balls.
Peyton (Erb '19) Taylor and her
husband, Justin Taylor ('19),
welcomed their sweet boy on
Father's Day, June 19-how fitting!
His name is Ryder Joel Taylor, and
he is the perfect addition to their
family. They are currently enjoying
their summer in their home in South
Carolina adjusting to being a family
of three and adding another golf
partner.
2020s
Isaac R. Gutierrez ('20) reports
that soon after graduating with
a degree in Communication, he
found a career in missions that
is perfect for him. Isaac works at
the missionary sending agency
Fellowship International Mission
in Allentown, Pa. His role there is
Communication & Mobilization
Associate. Every day, Isaac has
the opportunity to work with FIM
missionaries all over the world to
help with any communication/
technological needs they may have
in the field.
Heather Bonczek ('21) reports
that getting married in the fall and
graduating in the winter made
2021 a year of celebration. She is
praising God for providing a full-time
teaching position at the school that
she, her husband, her father and
her in-laws graduated from. The
Lord has shown Himself as faithful,
and Heather is thankful for her
classmates and professors at LBC
for their role in her journey.
Josiah Ott ('19, '21 & '22), Master
of Arts in Ministry graduate and
present MDiv student, was called to
be the lead pastor of Grace Chapel
in Shamokin, Pa., in July 2022.
Michael ('21) and Suzanna
(Whiting '22) Rouse celebrated
a year of marriage on June 26,
added a puppy to their family and,
while that required most of their
time this summer, were both able
to secure jobs in the Ephrata Area
School District. Michael is a School
Counselor at the high school, and
Suzanna is a Life Skills teacher at
Akron Elementary. They are excited
for how God will use them in
Ephrata.
Abby Reifsneider ('22) started
working as the Director of Child
Evangelism Fellowship of Lebanon
County a few days after graduation.
She is excited to be using all the
knowledge she gained from the
Children & Family Ministry program
under the direction of Dr. Esther
Zimmerman. As the director, Abby
is running Day Camps and 5-Day
Clubs in the summers and Good
News Clubs in the fall. She asks
for prayer as she begins this new
chapter.
