his world is full of good people, but
every once in a great while you meet
someone extraordinary. Someone who is full
of drive and passion for life. Someone who
chases the impossible. Someone who says " I can "
when others say " you can't. " For this story, that
someone is Solomiya Dezhnyuk ('21).
Solomiya completed her bachelor's degree in
Biblical Studies with a minor in Human Services
through LBC | Capital's global online
program, and that accomplishment was
a capstone to years of challenges that
might have caused some to take a
back seat in life.
" Taking online classes
helped fit education
into my schedule
because I was
basically able to make
my own school
schedule, " she said.
" Being able to do
the work whenever
I want as long as
it's due on time
is probably my
favorite thing
about online
classes! "
