Rodney L. Carter, Jr.
Rodney L. Carter Jr. ('13, '15, '18)
has started the doctoral program at
LBC | Capital. After living in Lancaster
for eight years serving as LBC's
Alumni Director and as a pastor at
two local churches, Rodney moved
with his wife, Cherese, and their
baby boy, Rodney III " RC3, " to the
Washington, D.C., area, as he
now serves as the Associate Pastor
at Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church.
Zach ('14) and Esther (Sandau
'15) Bashore welcomed their
second child, a son, Joshua Luke,
in September 2021.
Kathee Clark ('15) was promoted
to University Registrar at Messiah
University in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Brenten Megee ('15) received his
second master's degree from West
Chester University in May-a Master
of Music in Choral Conducting. He
had previously earned a Master of
Music in Voice. He shared that Dr.
Robert Bigley was a great inspiration
for him as his choral conducting
instructor at LBC.
Mary Davisson (CBS '16) has been
a part-time entrepreneur for years.
Shortly after graduating from LBC |
Capital, and because of unforeseen
circumstances, she was thrust into
a new life/business. Unknowingly
to her but known by God, it would
become her lifeline as she navigated
caregiving during COVID-19.
Currently, Mary has a robust business
as an ESL online teacher, having
taught over 20,000 students around
the world, thus, creating curriculum
for students and professionals.
Craig R. Ferris ('12 & '17) retired
from the U.S. Postal Service on Dec.
31, 2021, closing out a 37½-year
career as a city letter carrier. He is the
Men's Ministry Coordinator at Calvary
Bible Church in Mount Joy, Pa., and
also teaches third- and fourth-grade
children during the discipleship hour.
Cora (George '17) Whitmoyer
and her husband, Cody, are working
in missions at Stoney Point Camp in
Wyalusing, Pa. At the end of 2021,
they also welcomed their second
child, a daughter, Lakelynn.
Daniel Z. Krall ('18) became
the Senior Pastor at Ephrata Bible
Fellowship on Jan. 16, 2022. He
is excited for the opportunity to
proclaim Christ through the Word of
God, disciple the body of Christ and
serve the community and beyond.
Thiago Naque ('18) reports that
many great things have happened
since his graduation from LBC.
He married Ashley (Logsdon
'20) Naque in 2020. She is a
social worker at COBYS family
services, while Thiago works as a
property manager at Prime Home
Investments.
