Cirrus's passion to create an American-made
vodka that rivals the sippable
spirits of Europe uses a triple distillation
process followed by an 8-step charcoal
filtration and resting period before
bottling. Most vodkas are made with
rye, wheat or corn, but Cirrus believes
that potatoes make a smoother, more
full-bodied vodka with a sweeter, creamier
profile.
Every batch is machine-tested with a
gas chromatograph and taste-tested to
ensure only the highest quality.

Whiskey novices and long-time aficionados
alike can appreciate Reservoir
Distillery. The distillery's three founding
whiskies-each 100 proof-range from
easy-drinking 100% wheat to slightly
sweet 100% corn bourbon to spicy 100%
rye. New whiskey drinkers can taste the
differences, and seasoned drinkers can
choose their fave.
But that's just the beginning. Reservoir
has a director of distillery education,
Shelley Sackier, to keep the distillery
and consumers growing and learning.
The distillery creates carefully crafted
blends in its Hunter & Scott series,
uses distinctive barrels for aging in
the Holland's Ghost series, and makes
other artisanal creations. To taste the
flagships and the latest creations as well
as cocktails, pull up a seat in the tasting
room, then decide which whiskies to
take home. You can also get a copy of
Sackier's book, " Make It a Double, " for
a tasty blend of whiskey education and
entertainment.

Brewery and around the corner
from local favorites like Hardywood
Brewery and Virago Spirits. Feel free
to bring your four legged friends for
your visit to Cirrus-they're welcome
in the tasting room and on the patio!
Live music and food trucks are onsite
depending on season and weather. The
space holds up to 50 people inside and
up to 150 using both the patio and the
tasting room.
