4 small potatoes peeled and sliced
2 cups carrots, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375⁰ and spray 4 pieces
of 12 " x 18 " foil with non-stick spray.
Combine vegetables and seasonings and
then divide between the four pieces of
foil, placing in center. Combine dry soup
mix with ground beef and form into four
patties. Place a patty on top of each pile
of vegetables. Add 2 tbsp soup to top of
each. Seal foil and place on a large baking
sheet. Bake 35-45 minutes until potatoes
and carrots are tender. Can also be grilled
at medium heat for about 45 minutes
or placed in ashes of a campfire to bake
there.

during dry spells. July is also a good time for
pruning out dead and diseased limbs and
cutting back suckers.
