TACO RING
Ingredients:
2 pkgs crescent rolls
1 lb ground beef
½ packet taco seasoning
½ cup water
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
Unroll crescent rolls and place in a circle
on a round pan with long sides touching
and points facing out. Brown and drain
meat. Add seasoning and water and
simmer until thick. Add cheese and then
place a spoonful on each crescent roll in
the circle. Fold points of rolls over meat
and tuck under forming a wreath or ring.
Bake at 350⁰ for 13-15 minutes.

your hand garden tools out there for
easy access any time you need to do a

The Cumberland Homestead Museum
in Crossroads, TN, is a showplace for
what hard work and a government
hand-up instead of a hand-out can do.
Brought to life as part of Roosevelt's
New Deal, this 10,000-acre project of
250 small farm homesteads was built
entirely of native materials by families
looking to escape endemic poverty.
It was begun in 1934 and provided a
sustainable way of life still enjoyed
by those who live in the community
today.
