In the Kitchen
This quick and easy hors d'oeuvre can be made ahead and
frozen.
SAUSAGE DELIGHTS
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb extra sharp cheese, grated
3 cups biscuit mix, like Bisquick or Jiffy
Directions:
Have sausage and cheese at room temperature. Combine
all ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls and bake
at 350⁰ for 15-20 minutes until brown. Makes 100. Serve
immediately or cool and freeze.
If using from frozen, place as many as you want on a
cookie sheet. Place in a 350⁰ oven and bake until crispy
and hot.
