BELIEVE IN FOREVER
Hayley Alderman and Alex Woerner were first
introduced by a mutual friend during a group
dinner. A few days afterward, Alex came by her
salon and asked for her phone number. Their first
date was that very same week, and February 12,
2015, became their official anniversary.
On February 12, 2021, their sixth anniversary,
Alex took Hayley on a romantic getaway to a
resort in Boone, North Carolina. Shortly after
they checked into their condo, Alex couldn't
wait any longer - he put on her favorite song
( " Don't Stop Believin' " by Journey) and they
danced for a minute before he got down on one
knee to officially pop the question and ask her
to spend forever together.

AN ENCHANTED DAY
The couple went with an enchanted fairytale theme,
opting for colors of peacock blue, terracotta,
plum and sage green. Their centerpieces were
comprised of books, copper candleholders,
birdcages, lanterns and hurricane holders they'd
collected from different thrift stores. Moss, fairy
lights, lit branches and fabric completed the tables'
touches. Their head table included a candelabra
and belle cloches with fairy lights, which made
all the colors pop.
One of Hayley's favorite decorations was the
storybook photo backdrop her parents built;
she also created a cupcake display out of wood
rounds, moss and silk florals to show off their
carrot cake and red velvet cupcakes.
THE BEST FEELING
Music was a big part of their day - the wedding
party entered to a violin version of " Rewrite
the Stars " and the couple's exit song was " From
Now On " (both from their favorite movie " The
Greatest Showman " ), while Hayley lived out a
dream moment walking down the aisle to her
favorite song in violin form. They also had a blast
dancing with everyone to their favorite tunes.
The newlyweds agree that seeing their family
and friends together for the first time was the
highlight of the day. " After pandemic life, it was
such a blessing to reunite, " Hayley says. " We're so
grateful ... all of the smiles and tears will forever
be part of our memories. We felt all of the love
that day and it was the best feeling in the world! "
