DOUBLE DATE FATE
Alexandra Trimarchi and Jared Bridges say their
meet-cute was simple: It started with a double
date, and the rest is history! (Alexandra thanks
her soul sister hairdresser for setting her up!)
She knew after the first date she wanted to
marry him. As Jared and Alexandra both have a
love for ciders, he chose to propose while they
were out enjoying a day together at a local cidery.
THE BEST NIGHT EVER
The couple went with a boho theme and a variety
of natural colors in bronze, tan and neutrals.
Alexandra gave her bridesmaids a color palette of
about 15 dresses from her favorites and let them
run with it, selecting their own dresses, including
70 | REAL WEDDINGS
style and color, that fit not only their body types,
but budgets. " Very risky, " she admits, " but they
turned out just how I envisioned! "
Alexandra and Jared wrote sweet notes to each
other and exchanged small gifts on the wedding
day in lieu of vows. For them, the day was perfect,
from the father-daughter dance, where Alexandra
saw her father shed a tear for the very first time,
and the mother-son dance which was a crowd
tearjerker. She says the reception itself was " truly
a blast " and the day was an incredible way to
share their beautiful new journey with all of the
people they love.
" Jared and I always joke, 'can we just do that
all over again?!' " Alexandra says. " It was the best
night of our lives, the whole day was incredible! "
