A SWEET SURPRISE
Noora Al-Saadawi and Zachary Dove were
sophomores at UVA when they first met. Zach
spotted Noora in the library, and a friend who
had mutual friends with her offered to set them
up. They eventually connected at a date function
hosted by Zach's fraternity and went to dinner
afterward at a favorite Thai restaurant. They've
been together ever since!
During a trip to Aruba, Zach arranged a
beautiful sunset dinner on the beach. The waiter
opened the lid to a silver platter, where " Will
you marry me? " was written in chocolate. A
photographer captured the sweet moment, and a
guitarist serenaded the pair as they rang in their
next chapter with a slow dance on the beach.

PERFECTLY PERSONAL
The couple have fond memories of their pictureperfect
fall garden ceremony. Zach cried as Noora
made her way down the aisle in a stunning dress
that exuded whimsical charm. The bride's aunt
officiated while her brother and Zach's sister each
gave touching readings. After the announcement
of their marriage, Noora had everyone laughing
when she asked, " Can we kiss now? " More happy
tears were shed as the newlyweds made their exit,
loved ones showering them with the flower petals
Noora has gathered and dried over the years.
Other personal touches included pottery
favors handmade by Noora, adorable photos of
the pair at different ages as table numbers and
cookies and cups featuring their sweet dog Porter.
LIFE OF THE PARTY
Zach and Noora's reception was a whirlwind of
excitement, perfectly tailored to their love of food,
dancing and live music. Their tent was decorated
with romantic candles, floral displays and elegant
dark navy table cloths with gold accents and kept
guests warm while they enjoyed delicious items
from the curated menu. The dance floor stayed
packed all night thanks to the high-energy band,
LED light sticks only adding to the fun. To end
the unforgettable day, the duo crowd surfed and
took over the mic to belt out one final song.
The newlyweds made more memories while
spending the entire weekend at the venue with
their wedding party. " It was so special to spend that
time with all our family and friends, " Noora says.
