Chocolate Cocktails Chocolate Mint Julep 2 ounces bourbon ½ ounce crème de cacao 2 dashes chocolate bitters (regular bitters will work, too) 6 mint leaves Crushed ice For garnish: mint sprig or chocolate mint cookie Run a mint leaf along the inside of a julep cup and around the rim. Add crème de cacao, mint leaves and bitters to the cup and muddle briefly. Add bourbon and fill the cup with crushed ice. Stir once and top with garnish. Angel's Tip 1 ounce crème de cacao 1 ounce maraschino liqueur 1 ounce half and half Maraschino cherry Pour crème de cacao into a glass. Float the liqueur on top, and then float the half and half on top of that. Garnish with cherry. Cookies & Cream 1 ounce vodka 1 ounce chocolate liqueur 1 cup Cookies & Cream ice cream Whipped cream Oreo cookie (optional) In a blender, combine liquid ingredients and ice cream. Blend until creamy and pour into a large glass. Top with whipped cream and the cookie. Chocolate Martini 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream 1 ounce chocolate liqueur 1 ounce vodka 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup Ice Drizzle syrup into the bottom of a martini glass. Pour more syrup onto a plate and dip the rim of the glass into it. Add the rest of the ingredients to a shaker along with a cup of ice.
