Q: Tell us about your business.
City Wide Facility Solutions is Roanoke's leading management company in the facility maintenance
industry. We're locally owned and help manage commercial cleaning solutions such as janitorial services,
window washing and pressure washing. Kyle Calandro and Chris Sweeney are the other managing partners.
Chris and Kyle are the primary operators of our Richmond location and Jeff Gilley runs day-to-day sales and
operations in the greater Roanoke area.
Q: What specific products or services do you offer?
From the roof to the parking lot, we offer 30+ solutions through a single point of contact, saving our clients
time and ensuring their building is clean and safe for their employees and customers. Each customer
is assigned a Facility Services Manager who inspects the quality of service and identifies and sources
upcoming facility needs, allowing our customers to focus on running their business.
Q: Favorite part of your job?
Spreading a ripple. Our mission is to positively impact the people and communities we serve. We do this
through our business model of only working with local independent contractors. As we grow, this allows
other local small businesses to grow alongside us. Additionally, over the past 12 months, the City Wide
system has donated more than $2 million dollars to local nonprofits and charities.
