machine. Data collecting, analysis
and reporting ensure rapid identification of breakdowns or deterioration of productivity.
At the same time, IDCS II collects
data from each product which passes
through the Ishida equipment and
generates information which permits the reduction of overdosing, of
downtime and allows for an increase
in yield (including overall equipment
effectiveness or OEE), thus quickly
absorbing the cost. This data capture
system permits control of the performance of a line as well as of the entire
plant. It reduces the risk of non-compliance and records batch reports
which ensure compliance with the
regulations on average weight.
