Le sushi version salade repas, c'est tendance
(cf. p. 58). Au saumon cru ou aux crevettes, ceux de
Comptoir sushi disposent d'une DLC de huit jours.
Un atout pour toucher un plus grand nombre de
consommateurs. La transparence du bol permet à
chacun de se laisser tenter par les recettes colorées.
Les ingrédients ont été positionnés à la main
à Boulogne. Sauce et fourchette
sont incluses dans le conditionnement.
Comptoir Sushi poke bowls
A sushi salad for a meal is trendy (cf. p. 58).
Comptoir Sushi's raw salmon or shrimp poke
bowls have an eight-day shelf life, a real asset to
reach a larger number of consumers. The vessel's
transparency highlights the tempting colours of
the ingredients whose presentation is hand-made
in the Boulogne premices. The products are ready
to eat with their cup of sauce and fork.

un frottage aux épices de Noël et un fumage
aux bois de hêtre et de châtaignier.
