L'impôt de solidarité sur la fortune
Les personnes soumises à l'impôt de solidarité sur la fortune sont celles
qui disposent d'un patrimoine supérieur à 800 000 € en 2011 (et
1 300 000 euros en 2012).
Pour les personnes mariées, il est calculé sur la valeur totale du patrimoine
du couple au 1er
janvier de l'année d'imposition. Les époux sont
imposés sur l'ensemble des biens dont ils sont propriétaires en commun
ou individuellement, quel que soit leur régime matrimonial. Une seule
déclaration doit être déposée. Le paiement peut être assuré par l'un ou
l'autre des époux. Il est soumis à la solidarité.

C'est le couple qui est imposé en cas de mariage : un
seul avis d'imposition est donc envoyé.
Ils sont déterminés en fonction du nombre d'enfants
déclarés à la charge des époux sur leur
déclaration d'impôts sur le revenu.
Le montant de l'impôt peut être payé par l'un ou
l'autre des conjoints.
Taxe foncière
Chaque époux reçoit un avis pour les biens dont il est personnellement propriétaire.
L'avis
de taxe foncière est envoyé aux deux époux lorsqu'ils sont propriétaires
indivis d'un bien immobilier : la taxe est due par les deux époux et peut donc être
payée par l'un ou par l'autre ou par les deux.
Les donations
Les époux sont exonérés de droits de mutation jusqu'à 80 724 euros
pour 2011 (82 416 pour 2012). Au-delà de cette somme, il existe un
barème d'imposition progressif.
Après déduction des abattements, le barème pour 2012 (d'après le projet
de loi de finances) est de :
- 5 % sur la tranche inférieure à 8 241€ ;
- 10 % de 8 241 € à 12 363 € ;
- 15 % de 12 363 € à 16 266 € ;
- 20 % de 16 266 € à 563 902 € ;
- 30 % de 563 902 € à 921 764 € ;
- 40 % de 921 764 € à 1 843 529 € ;
- 45 % sur la tranche supérieure à 1 843 529 € .
