What are some of the ways fostering education has furthered your company's overall goals and objectives? Our organization has grown tremendously over the past few years. These initiatives and our associates' professional objectives have contributed to much of this growth. In the end, the organization benefits from the associates' continued success. What positive impacts have you found from investing in your employees? There are many advantages to investing in your associates. We have seen an improvement in many disciplines; sales, finance and customer service to name a few. Our technology training initiatives this last year have been the most noticeable. We also have ongoing training internally in other disciplines such as our national account management systems (NAMS). As new versions are released, we engage all associates and this positive impact contributes to our members, their customers and our supplier partners' success.
