What training education initiatives did you find most helpful?
We utilize an extended on-boarding training program. New employees are matched up
with one of our tenured team members to share knowledge and expertise. This provides
a hands-on learning experience and leads to a long lasting mentor relationship.
What have you learned from implementing training
and professional growth objectives?
Our business and our customer's business are constantly changing. Therefore,
training must be a constant process so our team is always up to speed. Staying in
front of the market is the best way for our team to drive value for our customers.
Why do you think it's important to encourage education
and professional growth in your employees?
Our success is dependent on having employees that are experts in our business.
