What training education initiatives
did you find most helpful?
Our most influential employee training
initiative is the addition of the Auto-Wares
Employee Career Path. In its early stages,
this stair-step career path is available for
each employee who is interested in growing
their career by completing the pre-set
training, instruction and assessments that
prepare them to advance to new jobs
and more customer service, support and
leadership responsibilities. Each step
builds upon the information and skills
of the previous level. By successfully
completing the requirements for a step,
the employee demonstrates their desire
for advancement and becomes qualified
to be considered for open positions
and more at a higher step level. On the

immediate horizon is the formal introduction
to Auto-Wares employees of the all new
Alliance University online training. This wellrounded offering includes sales techniques,
automotive systems and operational
training to improve skills at all levels.
What have you learned from
implementing training and
professional growth objectives?
Training provides a clear path to achieve a
goal. Many times individual comfort levels
are challenged as change is required
to better provide a customer service.
Well trained initiatives tend to surpass
initial expectations because the people
involved know what is expected, are
provided the tools, and trained the best
practices to use those tools. Programs,
