- In fourth place is, "Increasing
vehicle complexity emphasizes the
need for professional technician's
expertise," which has been a longstanding issue over the years and
has increased in importance by 3.9
percent during the past four years.

The Auto Care Association's market intelligence department is working
with Derek Kaufman on a new publication titled Telematics Primer:
Reset 2015, which is scheduled for release at the end of 2015.

TELEMATICS - The fifth issue of
considerable importance is the rapid
increase in "Telematics that could
exclude small repair shops," which has
gained in importance by 8.6 percent
in the last four years. Included in
this area of important technology is
the eleventh issue, "Telematics that
currently connect vehicles to primary,
new car dealers," which has grown in
concern by 10.2 percent in four years,
and the fourteenth issue, "Telematics
that level the playing field by connecting
vehicles to repair shops," which has
grown by 9.6 percent since 2011.
