community bank CEOs don't
want to make loans. " We're going
to stay loan-focused, especially
small business loans, " says Joe Rottinghaus, president of
$108 million-asset Conway Bank in Conway Springs, Kan.
" We've got a great niche there and great board members
who are involved in their own small businesses, so we plan
to be very much focused on growing loans. "
