(tips from the pros ) Get A Grip Replacing worn grips is an easy way to upgrade your clubs By Mike Barge, Hazeltine National GC Photos by Matt Seefeldt A ll grips eventually get worn and lose their tackiness. Depending on how much you play and practice, you may need to re-grip every year. It's the only connection you have to the club, so its benefi t is obvious. It's also important that grips are uniform throughout the set-meaning they are the same type and size on every club except the putter. Your PGA Professional can help you fi nd the correct size and model of grip that will allow you to play your best.
