Association, MPGA
The purpose of the MPGA is to both promote

The Fairway Foundation
The Fairway Foundation uses the game
of golf to teach lifetime values and skills

Fall is MGA Annual
Meeting Time
Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska
plays host to the MGA Annual Meeting
and Awards Dinner, which takes place
October 24. The evening starts with a
social hour at 5:30 p.m., with dinner
next, followed by presentations honoring
the six MGA Players of the Year,
the Evans Scholar of the Year, the MGA
Volunteer of the Year and 2011 Minnesota
Golf Hall of Fame inductee Mike
Fermoyle (see page 4 for more details
on the new Hall of Fame Museum).

The MMJGA sponsors a Caddie Program,
which gives young people a chance to
discover golf and earn income at the same
time. Teens in the program learn how to
