Sons of Norway Foundation:
ou may have noticed that the Sons
of Norway Foundation is sporting
a brand new logo for the year. This
exciting change is just one of the ways that
the Foundation is marking two very special
milestones happening in 2016: the Foundation
surpassing $2 million in giving and the
celebration of its 50th anniversary.
The Foundation is quick to note, though,
that neither of these achievements, nor their
impact on communities, could be possible
without the dedication of Sons of Norway
members and donors who come from all
corners of the organization. That's why the
Foundation is making 2016 a year to celebrate
these achievements and thank everyone who
has contributed to the Foundation's growth for
the past half century. Because of our donors,
hundreds of students have brighter futures and
countless communities have benefitted from
valuable programming that received financial
support from the Sons of Norway Foundation.
" Sons of Norway members have been
the key element in the Foundation's success
and longevity, " said newly appointed
Foundation Director Corrie Maki Knudson.
" They understand that we are all part of an
international family, so they want to help one
another and see the next generation of members
become successful as well. That's why they
support our grants and scholarships. "

Foundation's college scholarship program

grants you are telling a child that they are
