THYME-ROASTED RADISHES Roasted radishes are tender and sweet. Thyme is the perfect herb to pair with them. You can serve these radishes fresh from the oven or add them to salads when they're cold. Serves 4 2 bunches of breakfast radishes, washed well 2 Tbsp. olive oil 5 sprigs of fresh thyme S alt and freshly ground pepper 1. Preheat oven to 380°F. 2. Cut the radishes in half, and place them with the fresh thyme on a roasting tray. 3. Toss well with olive oil, salt and pepper. Your hands are your best tool for this job. 4.
