Board Member Appointments
* Mandelyn V. Cordova has been
appointed a public member of the New
Mexico Board of Pharmacy. Cordova's
appointment will expire July 1, 2026.
* Cathy L. Drake has been appointed
a public member of the New Mexico
Board of Pharmacy. Drake's appointment
will expire July 1, 2027.
* Eric Esterbrook, RPh, has been appointed
a member of the Pennsylvania State Board
of Pharmacy. Esterbrook's appointment
will expire October 26, 2028.
* Ian Shaw, JD, has been appointed a
public member of the Texas State Board
of Pharmacy. Shaw's appointment will
expire August 31, 2027.
* Wendy Magee has been appointed a
public member of the Vermont Board
of Pharmacy. Magee's appointment will
expire December 31, 2026.
* Olivia Sprague, PharmD, RPh, has been
appointed a member of the Vermont Board
of Pharmacy. Sprague's appointment will
expire December 31, 2027.
Board Member Reappointments
* Lorri Walmsley, RPh, FAzPA, has been
reappointed a member of the Arizona
State Board of Pharmacy. Walmsley's
appointment will expire January 19, 2026.
* Patricia A. Evacko, PharmD, RPh,
has been reappointed a member of the
Colorado State Board of Pharmacy. Evacko's
appointment will expire July 1, 2026.
* Maja Gift, MHA, RPh, CPH, has been
reappointed a member of the Florida
Board of Pharmacy. Gift's appointment
will expire October 31, 2026.
* Jeffrey J. Mesaros, PharmD, JD, RPh,
has been reappointed a member of the
Florida Board of Pharmacy. Mesaros'
appointment will expire October 31, 2025.
* Jeenu Philip, RPh, has been
reappointed a member of the Florida
Board of Pharmacy. Philip's appointment
will expire October 31, 2024.
* Richard Mazzotti, RPh, has been
reappointed a member of the Illinois
Department of Financial and
Professional Regulation, Division of
Professional Regulation - State Board of
Pharmacy. Mazzotti's appointment will
expire April 1, 2027.
* John Fuller, RPh, has been reappointed
a member of the Kentucky Board of
Pharmacy. Fuller's appointment will
expire January 1, 2027.
* Kristopher Rusinko, MS, MBA, MEd,
PharmD, RPh, has been reappointed
a member of the Maryland Board of
Pharmacy. Rusinko's appointment will
expire May 1, 2026.
* James Bialke, MA, has been reappointed
a member of the Minnesota Board of
Pharmacy. Bialke's appointment will
expire January 1, 2026.
* David Rochefort, RPh, has been
reappointed a member of the New
Hampshire Board of Pharmacy.
NABP Accreditations and Verifications
NABP awarded a total of 94 accreditations and verifications from November 1 to December 31, 2022. The breakdown, by program, is as follows:

reappointed a member of the New
Mexico Board of Pharmacy. Lord's
appointment will expire July 1, 2027.
* Teri Rolan, RPh, has been reappointed
a member of the New Mexico Board
of Pharmacy. Rolan's appointment will

* Chris Woodul, RPh, has been

* D. Rich Miller III, RPh, has been
reappointed a member of the State
of Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Miller's

* Jake Bynum was reappointed a public
member of the Tennessee Board of
Pharmacy. Bynum's appointment will
expire December 31, 2027.
* Suzette Tijerina, RPh, has been
reappointed a member of the Texas
State Board of Pharmacy. Tijerina's
appointment will expire August 31, 2027.
* Jenny Downing Yoakum, RPh,
has been reappointed a member of
the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
Yoakum's appointment will expire
August 31, 2027.
