The association wishes to thank and acknowledge the NACUFS Collegiate Dining
Body of Knowledge™ task force for their contributions to this important document.
This esteemed group of collegiate dining professionals were engaged based on the
breadth and depth of their experience and expertise, as well as their unwavering
commitment to building and growing the profession. The group painstakingly
identified the target learner, created a framework, and crafted over 160 separate
core competency statements. Throughout the process, the task force reviewed and
judiciously implemented member input that added value to the final product.
