STUDENTS AS EMPLOYEES DEMOGRAPHICS METHODOLOGY Data were collected using a survey tool hosted on cloud-based Qualtrics platform. The survey questions were devised based on the information drawn from the focus group data and aligned with the identified themes. The participants consisted of current students enrolled in a higher educational institute who currently held part-time positions at their respective foodservice operators. To ensure attentiveness and reliable responses, participants also answered standard 'attention check' questions. Male GENDER In this survey, the majority of college or university employees are male, constituting 79.2%, while females make up the minority at 19.9%, representing almost one-fifth of the total employee population.
