STUDENTS AS EMPLOYEES Participants were asked to rank the importance of each benefit offered with employment. The data indicated the high importance of performance-based bonus plans (mean 6.22) and paid sick leave (6.16), followed by health insurance (6.15). Paid training and development (6.06) and tuition benefits (5.83) were also important to student employees.
