When we talk about sustainability, many of
us forget that we don't have to make big,
sweeping changes to make an impact. In fact,
those first " small " steps we take can be more
important than we realize.
And one of those small, important steps
operators can take is ditching paper labels.
Paper labels are a pain. Not only do they steal
hours of time away from the team each week
(even though no one likes doing them),
they're also bad for the environment1
.
That's why many dining services teams are
now looking to replace static, printed labels
with digital food labels.
