NARSA NEWS
NARSA/IDEA WANTS TO THANK MARK AND SANDY TAYLOR for
serving as the association's Executive Team in the last 5 years.
The work that Mark and Sandy have put into NARSA/IDEA
can only be described as transformative. The organization would
not be in the place we are today without their hard work and
dedication. From the moment I became involved in NARSA/
IDEA, I was welcomed by Mark and Sandy. They made joining the
organization, the board and now staff so seamless and painless. I
wish them the best in their well-deserved retirement!
Nathan Ingrao, NARSA/IDEA
I was fortunate enough to stay an extra day in Scotland with
Mark and Sandy after the International Tour and take in some
of the incredible estate around the St. Andrews golf course.
During our rounds, Mark showcased what retirement had done
for his golf game as he easily sent us back to the clubhouse up
several strokes. He was also able to refl ect on his time in business,
giving us advice along with telling some of his struggles and
successes while he owned ERS Cooling Systems in Glen
Burnie, MD. It made me realize how fortunate this
industry is to have a team that walked through the
shoes of the radiator shop owner and that our
association was in the hands of two people who
cared about the longevity of our association.
I cannot thank Mark and Sandy enough for
what they've done for our association and
we wish them the best in their endeavors
moving forward.

and A/C, Inc.
NARSA/IDEA President (2022-2024)
They say that timing is everything and Mark and Sandy
happened to be available at a crucial time in the organization's
history. They took their business acumen from running a
successful radiator shop for over 30 years and applied it to the non
profi t world. While the for profi t world is diff erent in many ways,
at the end of the day our customers are the members and the
product is the networking and information we off er them. Mark
and Sandy fundamentally understood this and kept this in mind
with every decision and recommendation they made to the board.
Working closely with Mark and Sandy during their tenure at
NARSA, I can attest that the most important value that the
Taylor's have brought to the organization was that, no matter
what the situation, they always had the best interest of NARSA in
their hearts.
Bobby Duran, Cooling Systems Caribe
NARSA/IDEA President (2020-2022)
A lot of people say they like to leave
things in better condition when they leave.
Most, in my experience, do not. However,
Mark and Sandy as a direct result of their
hard work and targeted eff orts are truly
leaving NARSA in much better condition
than when they took over the Executive
Director role. Their leadership during a
challenging transition really came through.
