and customers we work with coast to coast,
and it can be hard to get them in one place.
You can only do so much Zoom at the end
of the day to maintain those relationships,
and we have found that coming here,
everybody is one in one place. We can share
best practices, share some laughs, and share
food and drink. It is a very effective way for
us to not only improve our relationships, but
to also have a good time. "
Beebe also believes making those
connections through the association
is beneficial for everyone. " The
relationships in NARSA have been really
impactful for me, as a newcomer, to the
organization. Everybody has been an
open book and helpful and forthright
in giving me advice and sharing best
practices and also just being a shoulder
to cry on when things get tough. There's
a lot of camaraderie. It's a small world,
and there's a big pie of business out
there for us all. We all really support each
other and want each other to do well. "
