EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE
in this so I might as well get started now!
For me, stepping out of my comfort zone
can feel a bit daunting at first, but I have
found that's where the magic happens!
Trying new experiences not only adds a
dash of excitement to life but also opens up
a world of possibilities. Whether it's signing
up for a NARSA/IDEA event you haven't
attended in the past or simply making a
new connection, each small step can lead to
incredible adventures. Plus, when you take
that leap into the unfamiliar, you're bound to
meet new people. Those fresh connections
often blossom into friendships or even
collaborations that you never saw coming.
So why not embrace the unknown and see
where it takes you? You might just discover
new passions and build lasting relationships
along the way! One example of this for
me was attending the 2024 International
Tour in Poland. I know I'm not alone in this
and the other attendees in that controlled
environment fostered such a great
opportunity to learn about one another
and for me specifically - what matters most
to NARSA/IDEA members. It was truly a
remarkable experience.
So here is to making 2025 the best year yet!
I am so excited for the learning and growth
opportunities that will present themselves
in this coming year and I hope to see each
and every one of you along the way.
