Famous Reno Air Racer Thom Richard Connects with Jetrader
After ISTAT Americas 2013, Jetrader editorial board member Bert van
Leeuwen met with famous Reno Air Racer Thom Richard (above) at nearby
Kissimmee airport. Richard is the pilot of the modiﬁed P-51 Mustang
racer “Precious Metal” featured in the November/December 2012 edition
of Jetrader. Richard is an ambassador for Breitling aviator watches and
is often featured in their commercials. “Precious Metal” will be further
modiﬁed this year and seems a serious candidate to win the 2013 Reno
Unlimited Gold Finals.
